Liability Limitation
Items are cleaned at the owner's risk. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to a maximum of 5 times the cleaning cost of the affected item.

Customer Responsibility
All items must be inspected at the time of pickup. Claims made after items have left the premises may not be honored. Please check your garments before leaving.

Excluded Damages
We are not responsible for inherent risks including shrinkage, color loss, color bleeding, fading, or damage to delicate embellishments such as buttons, beading, or sequins.

Stain Removal
While we will make every effort to remove stains, we are not liable for damage caused by attempting to remove pre-existing stains. We operate under the principle: the stain is yours, the color is ours.

Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 60 days of the ready date may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated without further notice or liability.

Force Majeure
Bel Air Dry Cleaners is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, theft, or burglary.

Payment & General Policies
Payment is due in full upon pickup of items. By leaving items with us, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please speak with a member of our team at drop-off.
